In the past two decades land has become a key requirement for investment. It is also the basis on which the city’s economic productivity is maintained and countries develop, thereby guaranteeing employment for Moscow’s population.
Under the complicating circumstances of the market economy that is in the process of being established, the search for ways to tap the potential of the city’s land as efficiently as possible is not merely a difficult task, but carries enormous responsibility as well. Resolving this problem makes it possible to boost the development of entrepreneurship in Moscow and harmonise the interests of Moscow’s inhabitants on the one hand with those of investors who support the various economic sectors of the city with funding on the other.
