Single window
The Department’s “Single Window” organization gives to the declarants 12 types of different documents, which are related to the legal land documents:
1. The rental contract of the lot
2. The additional agreement to the rental contract; also an agreement about concluding of the rental contract with plurality of persons on the
lease holder’s side.
3. The agreement about the conditions of the limited use
4. The contrast of unpaid urgent use
5. The cadastre plan of the lot
6. The cadastre information about the lot
7. The cadastre information in amount, that inquires the declarant; also in form of conclusion about the land use.
8. A set of documents for setting the lot for the cadastre registration
9. The agreement for the second deal
10. The copy of the archive document
11. The contract of purchase and sale
12. The act of transceiving of the lot
